Therapy for Trauma

You want your life to be better.
You haven’t been feeling like your best self.

Despite your best efforts to just move on, you keep noticing that some unresolved memories from the past keep coming up and running through your mind, non-stop, and you want to get rid of them.

You know that these bad memories from the past and the feelings that come with them have been contributing to the difficulties in your relationships and your low sense of self-worth. You’re living a less than ideal life, which is interfering with you becoming the best version of yourself.

You’re struggling to take the leap because you want to make sure that you will get the help you need from the right person.

I can help!

I take an integrative trauma-focused approach, creating personalized treatment plans that meet each person exactly where they are. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and practical resource-building skills, etc. My goal is to offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can heal at your own pace using methods that truly fit you.

You’re ready to work on your past and make changes so that you can have the best quality of life possible and feel more resilient.

I can help you process past, complex trauma, including experiences with emotionally immature parents (EIPs), complex trauma, and other long‑standing relational wounds, so you can find more clarity, stability, and satisfaction in the present.
